EU strategy for commercial and cultural asymmetric ‘war’

In the fall of 2010, while attending a conference on ‘transatlantic’ law, I began to contemplate the comments and demeanor of the German experts (lawyers, media, bureaucrats) that Germany was still waging WWII,  but without tanks or bullets. We’d experienced ‘cold-war’ which actually according to Wilhelm Reich was a German policy between hot wars in which Germany was involved in order to extract support from the people.  Recalling I own, “The Fourth And Richest Reich” by  Edwin Hartrich, a little research proved I was onto something.
